1. Provider and acceptance

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded or reduced.

2. The service

TACTICUS publishes football match analysis, statistical interpretation and AI-supported predictions shaped by professional experience. The service is informational and for entertainment.

TACTICUS publishes football analysis only and does not guarantee the outcome of any match. Content is not financial, investment or professional advice.

3. Accuracy and user decisions

Football outcomes are uncertain. Historical accuracy does not guarantee future results. Match times, team information, statistics and analysis may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

Users remain responsible for decisions they make after reading the content. Nothing in the app represents certainty about a match outcome.

4. No account and installation identity

TACTICUS has no named user account. Preferences and server access are associated with a random installation identifier and security key.

Deleting the app removes local credentials but does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Restore purchases can reconnect an eligible Play purchase to a new installation.

5. Subscriptions and Google Play

Optional subscriptions unlock recurring plan content. Price, billing period and the offer presented for acceptance come from Google Play. The separate Subscription Terms form part of these Terms.

Google Play processes purchases, cancellation and applicable refunds. Google is not the provider of TACTICUS analysis and is not a party to this developer-user agreement.

This agreement does not replace or override the Google Play Terms of Service. For Google Play purchasing, licensing or billing matters, the applicable Google Play terms and mandatory law apply. These Terms will not be interpreted to conflict with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.

6. Licence and acceptable use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app and access content while entitled. No ownership in the app, analysis, models or design is transferred.

Do not resell or commercially republish analysis, scrape or bulk-download content, bypass subscription checks, interfere with the service, impersonate another installation or reverse-engineer beyond rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Access may be restricted for substantiated abuse, fraud, security attacks or material breach. Any restriction must respect applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual property and third parties

TACTICUS content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Team, league and competition names belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

TACTICUS is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league, federation, governing body or Google unless expressly stated.

8. Availability, changes and termination

The service may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Previously purchased subscription value will be honoured or remedied as required by applicable law and Google Play rules.

Material changes to these Terms will update the date and be communicated when legally required. Changes do not remove accrued consumer rights.

9. Liability, age and disputes

Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Any limitation applies only to the fullest extent permitted by the law governing the user.

Minimum age: 18. By using TACTICUS the user confirms being at least 18 years old.

Governing law: the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent courts: the courts and enforcement offices of Tekirdağ, Türkiye. This does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections, or the right to bring proceedings, given by the law of the country where they live. Consumers resident in Türkiye may also apply to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees. Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled through Google Play.
