Subscription Terms

1. What a subscription provides

Each specialist plan provides recurring football analysis while the subscription is entitled. TACTICUS currently reviews about 30–35 matches daily and publishes approximately 5–6 analyses per specialist plan; these are service-volume descriptions, not guaranteed daily minimums.

All Access unlocks the four specialist plan families. Content availability depends on the match calendar and publication schedule.

2. Price, duration and renewal

Available weekly, monthly or three-month periods and the total localised charge are shown by Google Play before purchase. No price shown elsewhere overrides the Google Play confirmation screen.

An auto-renewing plan charges the Google Play payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until cancelled. Any trial, introductory price or prepaid/non-renewing offer applies only when Google Play explicitly displays it.

The app shows the verified subscription start date, renewal or access-end date and auto-renewal state received from the TACTICUS server after Google Play verification. A short status delay may occur while Google Play notifications are processed.

3. Managing and cancelling

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from Google Play Subscription Center, which is linked directly in the app. Uninstalling TACTICUS does not cancel a subscription.

Unless Google Play or applicable local law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the already-paid period. The app distinguishes auto-renewing access from access that ends on a stated date.

4. Payment problems, grace and account hold

Google Play may place a subscription in grace period, account hold, pause, cancellation, expiry or revocation states. Access follows the entitlement state verified through Google Play and applicable law.

TACTICUS does not receive card details and cannot change the payment method. Payment details are managed in Google Play.

5. Refunds and price changes

Refund eligibility depends on Google Play’s current refund policy, purchase timing, payment method, region and mandatory consumer law. The app links to the official policy rather than promising a universal refund period.

For a price change, Google Play provides the notice or consent flow required for the applicable subscription and region. A new price is not silently invented or substituted by TACTICUS.

6. Restore purchases and support

Restore purchases asks Google Play for active purchases and sends the resulting purchase token to the TACTICUS server for verification. It does not create a second charge.

If a verified purchase is missing, use Restore purchases and include the in-app Support code when contacting tacticusapp@gmail.com. Never send payment-card details.
